Enter the study patient number you were given at the start of the study to view a list of the tests and procedures you can expect to undergo at each visit. You can also download a list of questions to ask your retina specialist.
You’ll be randomly assigned to receive either the investigational drug injection or a placebo procedure (sometimes called a “dummy” or “sham” procedure) every 4 or 6 weeks.
The length of time that you will be at the study center during each visit will vary from a few hours to as many as 8.
You may want to bring a few items from home to make your visit more comfortable, such as a tablet, smartphone, or books on tape.
